If you are having trouble with your videos streaming properly possible actions to take are:
1. Run an internet speed test and confirm that your internet is not the issue.
2. Try playing the video in a different browser.
3. Trying using a different device, i.e. if you are on a tablet use the computer and see if that helps.
4. Change the resolution at the bottom of the video form 760 to 320.
If you have tried all of these and still have problems please contact support and tell them your internet test results as well as what videos you are having troubles with.
